Friends and Flowers

Good morning everyone. It is finally Friday!!! It is also challenge day over at the JustRite Inspiration blog. Today's challenge is to mix and match JustRite stamp sets. The great thing about the JustRite stamps is the ability to mix and match borders with centers. I think that I accomplished this challenge with my card today.
I used 3 different stamp sets. The large outer border comes from the "My Garden" set. It is stamped onto peach designer paper and diecut with Spellbinders Standard Circle, small # 7.
The next layer uses a border from the "Preserves" set. It is stamped onto blue cardstock and diecut with Spellbinders Standard Circle, Large #4.
The 3rd layer uses a border from the "Just A Note" set. It is stamped onto peach designer paper and diecut with Spellbinders Standard Circles, Large # 3.
The top layer uses a center from the "Just A Note" set. It is stamped onto Ivory cardstock and diecut with Spellbinders Standard Circles, Small #2.
Each layer has popdots between them to give the medallion some "lift" off the card.

To create the "flower effect" around my medallion, I used the Martha Stewart Daisy border punch, then cut each daisy into individual pieces, then adhered them to the back of my medallion. It is a whole new way to use border punches. The daisies on each corner were diecut using Spellbinders Eyelets Pendant.

This is a look at the stamps that come in the "Preserves Borders and Centers" set.
