Today I have a card to show and also some blog candy to give away.
First, the card:
My card base is 5" x 7". The base is Worldwin Royal Plum and then I added a layer of HOTP Pink Flourishes. For my stamped image I chose the Celebrations Demi Phrases from JustRite Stampers.
These demi phrases are intended to be used on the 2" wood stamper but I needed more of an oval shape for my card so I tried to put the phrase on my 1 3/4" x 2 5/16" oval stamper and it worked!!!
Then I diecut the phrase and 2 mats using the Spellbinders Classic Ovals & Scalloped Ovals and adhered the phrase to my card. Next I cut a 2 1/2" x 7" piece of the Worldwin Royal Plum and ran it through my Cuttlebug using the Textile embossing folder. I adhered ribbon to the top and bottom edge of the Royal Plum before I adhered it to my card so that I wouldn't have any ribbon edges showing.
The 3 embellishments were diecut using Spellbinders Labels Three and the Dahlia dies. Each layer has popdots in between to give dimension. To finish off my card, I added Kaiser pearls and attached a small ribbon to the top corner.
BLOG CANDY
Now for the good stuff!!!! I have blog candy to give away today. Today I have the 2 3/8"Wood Stamper with Bonus 25 pt font set & center from JustRite Stampers to give away. It has been ONE week since I started my blog!!! It has been a lot of work setting up the blog, trying to figure out what I wanted on my blog, etc. It has also been a lot of fun.
This is where you come in. I would like feedback from you as to what type of projects you would like to see on my blog. Do you want cards, 3-D projects, scrapbook pages, etc.
All you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me what type of projects you would like to see here. I will draw a name using Random.Org on Wednesday, August 5 at 5 p.m. EST. The winner will win this great set from JustRite Stampers.
Be sure to tell all of your friends. The more feedback I have, the better I can make this blog. Who knows, maybe I might just find some more blog candy to throw in for a second drawing if the response is great enough.
As always, thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate it.

Hi! Welcome to the blogging world. I am new too. I found you @ Just-Rite. I would love to see 3D projects. I love to make gifts to give away. The holidays are coming and what a perfect time to give to the people we care about. Have fun and enjoy!
Hi, Angela! I LOVE cards (like the gorgeous one in your very first post!), so I'd love to see MORE!!! I STILL don't own any JustRite stamps, so that's HIGH on my wish list (along with all the Spellbinders goodies I can get my hands on)!!! I'll send some friends by to your new blog!!!
Hi Angela! Congrats on the new blog. You already have over 500 hits! I love the Autograph book and the paper clips projects you did so I guess I like seeing more 3-d projects (your cards are beautiful as well lol). I've added myself as a follower to keep updated. Thanks and good luck!!
Welcome to the blogaholic club! What did we do before Internet?! Glad you joined in!
What a great card! I love the colors, the oval greeting, the pearls...
I love seeing cards and 3-D items... anything that has to do with paper and stamping... whatever you feel like making...
Thanks for sharing!
Wow have you been busy -so many projects so little time - love the blog - I'm still procrastinating about starting one - your work is great. Would like to see some more 3D project(loved the basket) and cards always cards - I've only recently discovered JustRite stamps and already have 4 sets which I use all the time but haven't got any font sets yet so they would be great.
HI again! I am loving your blog! I would like to see a variety of projects - 3D, cards, page layouts! All the things you already do great!!!
Hi! Congratulations on jumping into blogging. I haven't got there yet. I would like to see all three: cards, 3-D projects, & scrapbook pages. Hope you get the info your looking for. By the way, I love Justrite stamps and would love to win this set. God bless!
Your card is really pretty. I really like all the layers. I too would like more 3D projects. I don't do scrapbooking or much cards but love to make stuff out of plain ole paper. How fun is that making something out of nothing.
Carol
I've enjoyed the projects you've featured so far. I like it all--cards, 3-D projects, & scrapbook pages!
