Vintage Christmas

Good morning everyone.  Today over at the JustRite Blog, they are introducing the "Vintage Christmas" stamp set.  Also showcasing this stamp set today is Kazan Clark and Sharon Harnist.

My card today uses this adorable snowman from that set.  I colored him with Copics, diecut with Spellbinders Nestabilities and added Stickles to "bling" up the snow.

I actually pulled out my lonely sewing maching today and stitched the 3 panes behind my image.  These panes were first embossed using the Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder.

My sentiment comes from the "Christmas Joy" stamp set and the border comes from the "Christmas Nested Frames" set.  To create this, first I stamped the border with Memento Cottage Ivy.  Then using the wonderful CLEAR horizontal stamper, I was able to stamp my center image perfectly with  Memento Rhubarb Stalk in the center of my border.  These new clear stamper are AWESOME!!

Don't forget that you can now purchase all of the Memento Ink Pads on the JustRite site.  One stop shopping at its best!!

Below I have photos of the complete stamp sets that I used in creating this card.

Be sure to check the JustRite Blog all this week for more stamp set introductions.  I will also be posting projects using these new stamp sets.

Thanks for stopping in for a visit today.  Have a great day!!

What a great Christmas card! I want the Rhubarb Stalk ink just because I've missed my home-grown rhubarb now for almost 30 years since we moved from the Midwest--LOL!
