Happy Friday!! The weekend is finally here. The weather here in Maine is going to be very nice this weekend so I am hoping to get outside and enjoy it before the "nasty" Winter weather gets here.
Today I am playing along with the sketch challenge over at the JustRite blog today. Below is a photo of the sketch.
I chose to use the "Holiday Cheer" stamp set. These stamps are 1 3/16" round and are very adorable. The pinecones were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa, the holly borders were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black, and the middle border was stamped with Memento Bamboo Leaves. Each image is colored with Copic Markers, diecut with Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Circles, matted onto Spellbinders Nestabilities Petite Scallop Circles, and then onto Spellbinders Labels 1 (which are embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder).
My holly in the upper left corner was created with the Cricut Expression along with the Christmas Cheer cartridge and embossed with the Cuttlebug D'Vine Swirls embossing folder.
Be sure to give this sketch a try. The great thing about sketches is that they get your creative juices flowing when you seem to be "stuck".
Also remember that you only have a few more days to get your "FREE" JustRite Inspiration catalog. Head on over to the JustRite website and get yours. You have until August 31.
Thanks for stopping in for a visit today. Have a great weekend!!
