Good morning everyone. Welcome to day 2 of the JustRite October release. Today's stamp set is a Christmas cling set called "Holiday Cheer Ornaments" and is compatible with Spellbinders 2010 Heirloom Ornaments and 2011 Heirloom Ornaments. This combination makes cardmaking so much easier!
For the top portion of my card I used the JustRite Ticking Stripe Background stamp. To get the multi colors I used Memento markers and colored directly onto the stamp then stamped onto the cardstock. I really like the appearance of the multi-colors.
The card base was stamped using JustRite Shabby Music Background stamp using Memento Tuxedo Black around the outer edge and Memento London Fog for the music portion.
The ornament and sentiment is included in the October release set called "Holiday Cheer Ornaments" . I stamped it with Versamark, applied silver embossing powder and heat embossed it. Next I diecut the outside edge of the ornament with Spellbinders 2010 Heirloom Ornaments and used the JustRite Custom Antique Tags One to diecut the inside window of the ornament. The sentiment was diecut using Spellbinders 2011 Heirloom Ornaments.

JustRite October Release Day 1
Good morning everyone. Welcome to Day 1 of the JustRite October Release. Today's release sets are called "Classic Sentiment Edges One" and "Classic Embroidered Edges Two". Both of these sets are really gorgeous border stamps that come as clear.
For my card base I used my Scor-Pal to create a faux lattice design and then added silver Stickles at each meeting point.
I used the Classic Sentiment Edges One stamp across the center of my card base and diecut it using Spellbinders Classic Petal Edgeabilities. Did you notice that this border stamp set has words as well as design elements - how cool is that!!
The sentiment "Congratulations" is from the "Large Fancy Sentiments" set, stamped onto a white piece of cardstock. Next I used just 1 portion of the "Classic Embroidered Edges Two" to stamp on either side of the sentiment. Remember that border stamps don't need to be used just for borders, portions of them make really nice design elements.
Here is a look at both border stamp sets
Here are the other JustRite designers that also have some great projects today using these awesome new border stamps.

Amazing Paper Grace October Kit Club
Good morning everyone. Today's project was created using the new Amazing Paper Grace October Kit stamp set and dies. The October Kit is based around a sewing theme. One of the dies is in the shape of a sewing spool. Once again Becca has outdone herself with the beautiful sentiments and embellishment stamps in this set.
Since the theme for October is sewing I decided to pull out my sewing machine and stitch around the edge of my card. I wish I remembered to do this more often because I really like the look of stitching on paper.
The sentiment and floral images in the center of my card are included in the exclusive kit club stamp set and diecut with the exclusive kit club die. Once I diecut the sentiment and floral images I inked the edges to make them pop off my card. The sentiment "Dear Old Friend" is also included in this exclusive stamp set and was diecut using Spellbinders Lacey Ovals.
Here is a look at both the stamps and dies which are included in the Amazing Paper Grace October Kit club.

JustRite Friday Challenge #082
Good morning everyone. Today I am playing along with the JustRite Friday challenge which is to create a card showing support for someone. I decided to create a sympathy card which are always so difficult to do. I like to keep some made ahead of time so that I don't have to try and make them when they are actually needed.
I used Spellbinders Lattice Rectangles and Classic Rectangles to create my card. All of the edges are inked with Memento Rich Cocoa. The sentiment on my card is from "With Sympathy" clear stamp set, also stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and diecut with Spellbinders Lattice Rectangles.
I added 3 flowers along the bottom corner which I pulled from my stash. The leaves were diecut using Spellbinders Foliage 2 and sponged some Memento Rich Cocoa ink over the die prior to taking the paper out. It gives the foliage some extra dimension. The pin is one that I made using some beads that were also part of my craft stash.
Here is a look at the "With Sympathy" clear stamp set that I used today.
Be sure to stop over to the JustRite blog and play along with the Friday challenge. You could win some really cool stamps!!!

Happy Anniversary
Good morning everyone. Today is the last day of the JustRite September release sneak peaks. Today's stamp is called "Autumn Damask Background". These background stamps are awesome!!
I recently attended a surprise 40th wedding anniversary party for some dear family friends. It was so nice - the party was at their own house but they didn't know the party was going to be for them. They just thought that they were having a family BBQ until all of their friends started showing up. It was a perfect surprise!!
The couple's favorite color happens to be blue (in case you didn't already figure that out). I started out by creating my background paper using the Autumn Damask Background stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I used a few different Spellbinders dies for my mats - the blue layers were diecut using Spellbinders Floral Ovals, the white layer was diecut using Spellbinders Deckled Edge Ovals. The sentiment and frame are included in Ever After Antique Labels One and diecut with JustRite Custom Antique Labels One die.
Here are the other JustRite Designers also showing some awesome projects using Autumn Damask Background.

Thank You
Good morning everyone. Today I have another card using a stamp from the JustRite September release. This stamp is an awesome background stamp called "Lace Background". This stamp is great for those girly girl cards that we all love to make. It is also perfect for scrapbook pages or even a picture frame.
I stamped the Lace Background onto pink paper with Versamark and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. The sentiment in the center is from the "Lace Medallion Labels" set which was introduced yesterday. I stamped the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black, diecut with Spellbinders Lacey Ovals and inked the edges with Memento Dandelion. I added some Copic colored Kaiser pearls in each corner for some added color. The sentiment in the charm heart is from the "Grand Sentiments" set which was introduced on Monday and was diecut using JustRite Charm dies.
Of course with anything "Lacey" you have to have ribbon!! The best place to buy gorgeous ribbon is from Sharon Johnson's Stamp Simply Store. Her ribbon is so amazing and makes a gorgeous bow.
Here is a look both sets that I used to create my card:

Happy Birthday
Good morning everyone. I had a very busy and exciting weekend. My oldest daughter got married on Saturday. The ceremony was amazing!! The weather even cooperated with us - the forecast was for a chance of rain and thunder which didn't begin until well after all of the photos were taken!! My daughter was beautiful in her gown and her husband looked so handsome in his tux. Now they are on their way to Disney in Florida. I'm sure they will have a great honeymoon.
Today JustRite Papercraft is introducing a stamp set from their September release Today's release set is called "Grand Sentiments" and comes in clear and has lots of great sentiments, frames and little embellishment images.
I decided to start out by making 3 panels for the base of my card. I really like the way the panels add lots of dimension to a card. The sentiment is from the "Grand Sentiments" set diecut with Spellbinders Labels 4.
The beautiful frame under the sentiment is also included in "Grand Sentiments" and is a perfect match to Spellbinders Labels 8 making diecutting extremely easy.
The final mat layer is diecut using Spellbinders Decorative Labels 8. The butterfly is also included in "Grand Sentiments" - I stamped it with Versamark and added 4 layers of embossing powder to give it a shiny look and made it easier to curl the wings to give it the appearance of flying.
Here is a look at the entire "Grand Sentiments" set - a great addition to everyone's stamp collection.
Here are the other JustRite designer's links that will also be showing some great projects today using Grand Sentiments.
