As you can see by the photo below, just because this stamp set is an oval shape, doesn't mean that it needs to stay an oval shape on your cards.
I diecut the stamped image off to one side so that I would have room to stamp my sentiment. My sentiment comes from the "Birthday Wishes" Borders & Centers set (JustRite). Isn't it great that with these stamps you have the option to mix and match sets and make it look like a single stamp.
This is a look at the "Birthday Wishes" stamp set.
To create my card. I used several layers of cardstock. For the green layer, I used my Scor-Pal to create horizontal score lines. Next I embossed the light purple layer with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder. Then I added a border made with the Martha Stewart Arch Lattice border punch. To finish it off, I applied Kaiser pearls along the top and bottom corners.

My lace feature is the mat for my sentiment. I took some lace and gathered it to the size that I needed to mat my JustRite sentiment. I also added some lace along the bottom of my card.
